DayStar Filters: The customer must keep in mind that each filter system is manufactured one at a time. Demand and specialized requirements may influence delivery of a particular filter system. Once your custom order has been evaluated, you will be advised of the expected delivery date.
You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been placed. At this point your chosen payment method has been pre-authorized for your purchase.
We will confirm with the supplier that your item(s) are in stock and available for shipment. If your item(s) are in stock we will process payment and ship your order within five business days.
If your order is on back-order we will provide an estimated lead time. If you are happy to wait for the item, we will process payment to secure your order and ship your order as soon as it is available. If you do not wish to wait, we will void the pre-authorization and cancel your order.
If your item is out of stock or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your pre-authorized payment method, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order unless otherwise stated. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery times will vary based on your location and shipping method that our vendors use. Within mainland USA, Economy shipping generally takes five to eight business days to arrive, and Standard shipping takes approximately three to four business days.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
