Designed to be mounted on a any standard camera tripod as a portable imaging device, the Polarie will enable you to achieve excellent trail free night sky exposures of up to 5 minutes in duration at 50mm lens focal lengths.
Easy to align
The Vixen Polarie Star Tracker is powered by just two AA batteries, and also features a Polar alignment window, a declination meter, easy-to-read, LED illuminated indicators and switchable digital controls between lunar, solar (ideal for eclipse chasers and solar imagers) and sidereal tracking rates.
Compact and practical
Capable of supporting 1.99kg/4.4lbs (suggested loading 1.5kg/3.4lbs) but weighing in at just 0.63kg/1.4bls, the Polarie is smaller than most hardback books and won't overburden you or your luggage allowance - ideal for taking on holiday or travelling with!
